Kelly and Carl have been an absolute blessing during a very difficult and emotional new-build process. There were many moving parts, delays, and moments of real uncertainty, and more than once I felt overwhelmed by how complicated everything was. What never wavered was Kelly and Carl’s support. They were patient, steady, and always present — answering calls, checking in, and reassuring me when the stress started to take over. They didn’t just guide the process; they carried it with me. Knowing they were in my corner made an enormous difference on days when the plan felt fragile. The house isn’t finished yet, but I already know how much of this journey I owe to them. I’m incredibly grateful for their care, dedication, and commitment, and I truly couldn’t imagine going through this without Kelly and Carl by my side
