Kelly exceeded our expectations on every point. She gave us critical information on how to stage the house. She scheduled our Open House while we were on vacation so as not to interfere with our daily activities. When a careless Realtor dropped the house key under the deck, Kelly immediately had one of her team members crawl under the deck to retrieve it. By the way, she was 8+ month pregnant at the time. This was very helpful as we were able to see that the Rental was listed lower than the other Rented Units. We knew the Landlord was going to get a lot of interest and we were worried about competition that would be. Carl and Kelly were able to secure this Apartment at a Fair Market Rent Price in line with the other Rented Units in the complex. We are now close to Childcare and we now have Amenities we didn’t have before: Parking, Laundry in Unit, Pool, Playground, Parks, Basketball and Tennis Courts, and right next to the Lake! We are so happy!

I have had a wonderful experience with Kelly. We were looking for 2 family homes initially. Then we changed to single family which we had offers accepted. Then inspections didn’t work out. Kelly didn’t stop there. She continued the search for us and we are currently living in our 2 family home that exceeds our expectation. Our journey took 11 months
